1. Booking and Payment

Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to initiate a booking. This ensures the reservation of accommodations, tours, and other services included in your travel package.

Confirmation of Booking: For bookings made within 0–7 days of departure, 100% payment is required for confirmation.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Payment details will be provided during booking.

2. Documentation

Photocopies of the passport (First & Address Page) are mandatory for all destinations. Failure to provide necessary documents may result in booking delays or cancellations.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Note that the initial deposit is non-refundable, and specific cancellation charges apply.

4. Liability and Insurance

Kashish Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions by these providers, nor for injuries, damages, or losses arising from such events.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kashish Holidays reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of such updates.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
